What Dice Rush is

Two dice, one throw, three ways to call it, played only with virtual Bolts. You say whether the total will come in under seven, over seven, or on seven exactly, set how many Bolts go into the round, and roll. Nothing about it answers to timing, practice or attention, and no real money is involved at any point.

One round, in order

Pick a call. It stays picked until you change it, and changing it between rounds costs nothing.
Set the stake with the two buttons. It is a count of virtual Bolts placed in this one round, and nothing on the page raises it for you.
Press Roll the dice, or the space bar if your hands are already there. The stake leaves your virtual balance.
Both dice are drawn the moment you press. The tumble is decoration and decides nothing; if your system is set to reduce motion the faces land straight away, and the total is the same either way.
A right call multiplies the stake by the figure in the table below, and that goes onto your virtual balance in this browser and no further. A wrong call ends the round with the stake spent.

Multiply each chance by its own multiplier and all three come to the same 95.83% over a long run. Calling seven is not a shortcut past the arithmetic; it is the same arithmetic in a narrower column. A stake of 100 virtual Bolts returns 230 on a right call under or over, and 575 on seven exactly.

Six of the 36 combinations make seven, more than any other total, and that is the whole reason the middle call carries the larger multiplier. Five make six and five make eight; one apiece makes two and twelve.

How the numbers come up

Each die is drawn on the spot, in your own browser, from 6 equal faces. The two draws are independent of each other and of every roll before them. Nothing is stored between rounds and nothing carries over: the dice do not know what you called, what came up last, or how long you have been playing. A long run of nothing does not ripen into anything, and a long run of right calls uses nothing up.

The multipliers above were picked so a session lasts. With no money anywhere near the game they cannot have been picked for anything else, and they describe 36 virtual combinations on this page and nothing outside it.

A free allowance of Bolts arrives every three hours, and a balance that runs down is topped up at no charge. Playing costs nothing and buying is never required.
