Write to us and a person writes back
One form handles everything: a game that misbehaved, a charge you did not expect, a question about your data, a request to shut your access down. Pick the privacy topic and the message goes to the data controller instead of support. No account, no ticket number, no phone menu.
Messages are read by the people who build turbobattle.com, Monday to Friday. Two business days is the ceiling, not the average. If something will take longer than that, we say so in the first reply instead of leaving you watching an inbox.
Before you write, it is worth knowing what this site is. TurboBattle is a free social casino. Every game is played with virtual Bolts, which are play money and carry no monetary value. That means most questions about balances have a short answer, and we would rather give it to you here than in a week.
A useful message is specific. Tell us the game, the browser, the device and what the screen actually said, in the order it happened. One screenshot saves three paragraphs.
- A game went wrong. Name it, say what you pressed and what happened instead.
- A purchase went wrong. Send the receipt from the store that took the payment. We cannot find a charge without it.
- Your data. Access, correction, erasure, objection — pick the privacy topic and the form sends it straight to the data controller, or write to [email protected] yourself. Either way it skips support.
- You want out. Name a period and we record a self-exclusion against your email address and stop writing to you. There are no accounts here, so no login we can refuse — a device or browser block is what keeps you off the site.

An ordinary form on an ordinary page
It posts to this same page, the server reads it, you get an answer. Nothing here depends on a script, so it behaves identically with JavaScript switched off.
Before you write
Three things no message can change
Not policy, and not a decision anyone here can overturn. The things being asked for were never built into this site.
A virtual balance cannot be turned into anything real.
Virtual Bolts are play money. They hold no monetary value, convert to no currency, redeem against no goods, vouchers or tokens, and cannot be sent to another player. Those functions do not exist in our code, so there is nothing for support to unlock, release or approve. No real-money gambling, no real-world prizes. A message asking for any of it gets an honest answer, which is that the thing was never there.
Losing virtual Bolts costs nothing, so there is nothing to give back.
An empty balance is topped up free: 500 whenever it drops below 100, and 1,000 every three hours regardless. A real-money charge is a different matter entirely — a payment taken twice, a pack paid for and never delivered, an order placed on a phone somebody left unlocked. Send the receipt to [email protected] and read the billing section of the Terms of Use, which sets out what happens next.
We give no advice about gambling with real money.
We run none, hold no licence for it, take no wagers and point nobody towards an operator who does. Success in social casino games does not imply future success in real-money gambling. A long evening on our free slots tells you nothing about a shorter one somewhere that charges. If the habit itself has started to weigh on you, the Responsible Social Gaming Policy lists the independent services worth calling, and explains how to ask us in writing to keep you out for a fixed period.
Faster than waiting
Most of it is already written down
The FAQ answers the questions people send most often, at any hour, without asking you to describe your browser. The responsible gaming page covers breaks, switching purchases off and shutting your own access down.
TurboBattle is operated by Turbo Battle Interactive Ltd., 86 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Free social casino games for adults, played with virtual Bolts. For entertainment only.
